What We Do

Here at CRM Solutions, we have dedicated the past 25 years to developing innovative solutions across a multitude of platforms, utilising a number of languages. While our primary focus for the majority of that time was our SIGNZ Billboard Management Software, we also offer personalised packages in the following areas.

Windows Applications

We have developed a wide range of customised Windows applications in many languages - .NET 4.x, C#, WinForms but also in VB.NET and others. Our specialty lies in Outdoor Advertising Management, but we have built motel booking systems, job control systems, CRM, call tracking, patient management, invoicing, stock control, childcare management and more.

Database Design

We specialise in Microsoft SQL Server (on premises and Azure) for transactional and data warehouse systems.

Reporting

We regard reporting as a real strong point in our arsenal. We have plenty of experience with standard ‘line-by-line’ reporting using DevExpress and many other tools. These provide the day-to-day fixed reports and template-based output (Contracts, Invoices etc).
We have also developed a wide-range of report viewing and template-based document-generation tools which provide complex documents that can combine multiple data sources, multiple templates and template types, conditional logic and a whole heap more. We also have vast experience with BI tools and data-warehouse reporting.

Training

Our senior developer, Dale Shaw, has been a 'teacher' his whole career, providing lots of one-on-one training with co-workers and clients on our products and on other products. Dale has taught a wide range of classroom courses - from introduction to systems admin, through to advanced database management. He is a Microsoft Certified Trainer qualified in Windows Admin, SQL Server, ASP.NET, C#. VB.NET, SQL Reporting Services, networking essentials and a heap more.
