Who We Are

Let’s face it… when we say small, we are small. Just the 4 of us at this stage. Barb Courtney and Dale Shaw have run CRM for over 25 years. The majority of these years were spent developing and supporting the SIGNZ application used by leading out-of-home advertising companies across Australia, New Zealand, and further abroad.

Dale is the primary developer, designer and last port of call for support. Barb handles finance, admin and support. Sandra is QA / testing, and Jonny is handling design and documentation.

So yes, we are small, but small can bring flexibility and speed on certain types of projects. Sure, we are not going to be your choice for the next 1,000 user enterprise-scale app but for smaller teams or smaller, more specialised projects we might just be the right size.
